-Please remove your contacts before each service.
- No oil based products on your eyes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Appointments can be shorter or longer than booking times depending on the amount of work needed on your eye specifically.
- No extra guests allowed. (Unless you’re a minor and accompanied by a guardian.)
- You must have 40% of your lashes remaining for it to be considered a fill within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment.
-Avoid excessive heat, steam, sauna's, and water within 48 hours after your application in order to ensure longevity of your eyelash extensions.
-Avoid oil based, water proof products around your eyelashes and any mascara. Applying these products to your eyes can cause the adhesive in the glue to break down.
- Do not pick, pull, or rub eyelash extensions in order for the best retention.
-Brush your eyelash extensions with a spoolie 2-4 times a day.
-Cleanse your lashes everyday.
-Saline or salt in eye drops dry out your lashes and allows lashes to pop off, which is why crying can cause them to pop off as well from salt in our tears.
-Wait to work out after you’ve gotten your lashes done because just like saline and tears sweat has salt which can break off your lash extensions. Wash your face & lashes after each workout.
-Takeoff your makeup at night because makeup of any kind can build up around your eye lids and cause your lashes to fall out.
-Rub off any makeup towards the side not rubbing down on your lash extension or rubbing upwards.
-Cleanse your lashes with a water based cleanser. (Using regular face wash can be too harsh on lash extensions and cause the adhesive to break down.)
